SLIDERDROBE FAILS TO DELIVER - FULL OF EMPTY PROMISES

Similar to Roslan Zaki,I too made a purchase at SLIDERDROBE @ JUSCO Home Centre in Bandar Utama on 25 November 2009. We were attended to by their staff name Samantha Ngooi.Me and my wife clearly and specifically mentioned to Ms Ngooi that our instalation of our wardrobe must be done between 15th to 31st January 2010. This is due to the fact that my house was still under renovation. Ms Ngooi happily said yes and confirmed that it would be done between the dates we requested (must be the prospect of an early Christmas bonus for Ms Ngooi for her to commit to our request). My and my wife promptly paid the deposit. On the 23rd January 2010, Ms Ngooi calls my wife and breaks the news that our much anticipated wardrobe will only be installed on "after Chinese New Year or beginning of March". I was shocked, annoyed and further berated by the fact that no apology nor a logical explanation was given. All they said was that their installers schedule was full because they also have orders from other showrooms. If they knew they are going to be busy, they could have checked and informed us of their actual schedule rather than say yes to everything and then fail to deliver. Unless of course, the staff and the company are not professional and only are interested in making profit. Two days ago, my wife recieves an email from Unprofessional-Profit-Centric-Screw-The-CUstomers SLiderdrobe's Unprofessional-and-incomepetent-Staff, Ms Samantha Ngooi who now says the instalation of our wardrobe is scheduled for 3rd (third) week of March. How "after Chinese New Year or beginning of March" became 3rd week of March, I do not know. Maybe only the Unprofessional-Profit-Centric-Screw-The-CUstomers SLiderdrobe's Unprofessional-and-incomepetent-Staff, Ms Samantha Ngooi will know about this. I totally agree with Roslan, The sales people will wash their hands and point the blame to the installation people. It so difficult to get a number of the person in authority. It's the worst company I have dealt with. Sliderdrobe has no sense of cutomer service. Their staff never apologise for their muistakes. In fact they make customers like me and Roalan look like fools for buying their product. I will give you SIX reasonS why you should stay away from this company: Sliderdrobe is NOT TRRUSTWORTHY Sliderdrobe DOES NOT KNOW WHAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE Sliderdrobe MAKE PROMISES THEY CANNOT KEEP, LIARS!! Sliderdrobe TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT WILL NOT DELIVER Sliderdrobe NEVER APOLOGISE FOR THEIR MISTAKE Sliderdrobe is UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCOMPETENT Recommendation

Review of SLIDEDROBE .. BAD experience

I made the purchase with Sliderdrobe end of 2009 and till today (26 Jan 2010) they have not been able to install the wardrobe as expected of them. They have tried to install twice but was rejected due to the quality of the materials that they supplied. The cabinets contained many scratches and look like second hand. The installation people never return my call or even kept their promises to call back. The sales people washes their hand and pointed to the installation. When requested to speak to the manager, nobody dares to give me the number. This is the worst company that I have dealt with. The money has been paid in FULL but the installation is still pending with no solution is sight.My advice is to stay away from this company. They are NOT trustworthy and they do NOT understand the meaning of customer service or satisfaction. They are ONLY good at marketing their product (at Taman Tun) but fall short in delivery it. They also NEVER apologize for their mistake. Recommendation
